We are proud to have been successfully providing internationally accredited Emergency Response Services to both Government and Private clients in The Kingdom since 2009. We are equally proud to be one of very few fully certified Fire and Rescue Companies licensed by The General Directorate of Civil Defence to: ‘Operate Fire and Rescue Brigades’ within The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Senior Management Team

Jaber M. Hammem is the President of Britam Arabia and CEO of Aims International, a founding shareholder of Britam. He is also Chairman of SMTC KSA, a provider of OPITO approved Emergency Response & Skill training to the oil & gas industry. He is an active member of the Eastern Region Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Arab Union for Land Transport (AULT)

Simon Lalor is the Chairman of Britam Arabia having been a founder of the Britam Group, an international risk management consultancy specialising in the Middle East and the Levant. Having incorporated in the United Kingdom in 1997 it won its first contract in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2009. He has held a myriad of directorships in a spectrum of sectors in Manufacturing, FMCG, Financial Management and Multi-Discipline Design.

Edward Brown has been the CEO of Britam Arabia since 2018. Prior to this he was the Head of Operational Support for Mercedes Benz and MTU in Kuwait, a role he delivered for over 3 years. He completed over 35 years with the British Army operating throughout the world including commanding the Emergency Fire and Rescue Service in Northern Ireland during a 12-month period of Industrial Action. He is a Fellow of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Management, and he is a Member of the Security Institute.

Paul Holland has over 20 years fire service corporate governance, operational response, and fire protection delivery experience. He has completed all the relevant courses and qualifications in the United Kingdom from Firefighter to Strategic Commander including the Multi Agency Gold Incident Command course. Paul was the Head of Training at the UK Fire Service College for three years. Paul is a graduate of the (International) Institution of Fire Engineers, an organisation that is globally recognised as one of the best for fire professionals. He is fully qualified in the major health and safety qualifications including the NEBOSH L3 Certificate and the Fire Prevention Association’s Certificate in Applied Fire Risk Assessment. Paul has been the incident commander for various levels of emergency incidents ranging from Hazardous Materials to large building fires. He has operated successfully at Board level within a UK FRS, delivering significant and at times extremely challenging transformational change programmes to improve service delivery.

Ed Corry has a wealth of business experience in the Middle East and internationally spanning public and private sectors, large organisations and SMEs. With a solid and fully qualified background in Health and Safety and Fire and Life Safety, he is uniquely qualified to provide insights and practical solutions to clients within the Region. Ed prides himself in understanding his customers, the market and the technical regulations relevant to Fire and Rescue in Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Yasmeen Al Saeedi is a Human Resource Professional with expertise in all aspects of human resources within complex organizations. She has notable experience in developing and implementing strategic plans that support business and financial objectives. Yasmeen’s other areas of expertise are Saudi Labour Law, talent acquisition and improving the employee experience.

Khalil Alsuwaylih has over 10 years of experience as a Government Relation Officer. Professional experience includes working directly with HR Manager and Chief Executive Officer in building relationship with government sectors and private companies. Holds high school diploma from Tatweer.
